Dealing with gym anxiety and feeling self-conscious

Hello. I really want to start lifting weights for my health, but every time I walk into the gym, I get overwhelmed by anxiety. I feel like everyone is watching me and judging my form, so I just end up leaving early. How do you overcome that gym intimidation naturally?

Gym anxiety is incredibly common, and it can completely stop you from reaching your fitness goals if you let it control your thoughts. It’s hard to focus on a workout when your brain is shouting that everyone is criticizing you.
