I'm in the middle of negotiating on a 2016 Cayman S that's parked in Business Bay and the seller is only free on weekdays during office hours which makes it a pain to take the car anywhere far. I've been asking around and a mate mentioned he used a quality car inspection service near Business Bay last year for his 911 and said it saved him from a lemon, but he can't remember the name of the place. I've never bought a Porsche before so I'm not sure what to look for or what a proper check should include. Do they test the PDK, check for bore scoring, and look at the suspension? Also how long does it usually take and do they come to the car or do I need to bring it to them? The seller seems okay but he's been a bit vague about service history so I'd rather be safe. If anyone here knows a good inspector or has been through this please share your experience. I just want to avoid buying someone else's headache.
