Mirdif parking drama – battery died inside my own villa garage

Went to take the kids to Mushrif Park yesterday and the family Lexus just made that horrible clicking sound. The annoying part is I'm parked inside my own villa garage in Mirdif with the car facing inward so even if I wanted a jump start, getting another vehicle close enough is nearly impossible because of how tight the space is. I need someone who can come with a portable jump pack and then swap the battery without asking me to move the car first. My neighbor suggested looking into Professional Battery Replacement in Mirdif because apparently they send a van with a long reach and they've done a few cars on his street. Has anyone here actually used them for a tight garage situation? I'm worried they'll show up, say the space is too small, and leave me stranded. The battery is probably three years old so I'm not surprised it gave up, but I'd also like them to test the alternator while they're here because I don't want to do this again in six months. Just want one reliable visit and then forget about it.
