Is it even possible to find custom made iron on patches that don't peel in a week?

I'm reaching the end of my rope here. I've spent the last month trying to find custom made iron on patches for a small clothing line I'm starting, but everything I've tested so far is garbage. The adhesive is either too weak to survive a single wash, or the embroidery is so thin you can practically see the backing through it. Does anyone know a UK shop that actually uses industrial-strength glue? I need something that bites into the fabric and stays there.
