I just moved to Dubai and bought a used car. I want to keep it in good shape but I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the garages and service packages. Some quotes I got just for an oil change seem really high, while others are suspiciously cheap. I've been reading up on the Benefits of routine auto checkups to understand what's actually important here. I know with the heat, things like coolant and AC checks are probably non-negotiable, but do I really need a full inspection every 5000 km? What do you guys consider the essential checks, and what's a fair price for them from a reliable garage?
